This is easily the HOTTEST Royal Enfield Continental GT 650 custom job we’ve seen!

The Royal Enfield Continental GT 650 has earned laurels around the world for being one of the best motorcycles at its asking price. In fact, both of the 650 twins have earned a good name for their company. Modifiers and custom bike makers have taken a special liking towards the 650 twins due to their powerful engine and retro looks among other factors.

Now every once in a while, Royal Enfield comes out with a license mod bike which sets the new golden standards of Enfield modifications. The new entrant on that list is the Nought Tea GT, which has been developed in collaboration with the chassis experts at Harris Performance. The stock Continental GT 650 is a cafe racer styled bike and is already a stylish bike. Its cafe racer genes are made quite evident by the rear seat cowl, flat handlebar, and a muscular fuel tank. All these characteristics have been further enhanced by this custom build.

Based on Royal Enfield Continental GT 650, the Nought Tea GT is a licensed mod bike focused for on-track performance. That is clearly evident by its old-school design cowling, which looks spectacular and improves performance due to enhanced aerodynamics. What it also does is to give a retro-modern look to the bike which is among the key elements of the bike’s mesmerizing aesthetics.

If said in one word, this bike is beauty. A sight to behold in this world filled with commuter motorcycles. Several customs made lightweight parts have gone into the making of this bike. It also gets Ohlins suspension on both the front and the rear which highlights the serious potential of this build. For those who are getting confused about Harris Performance, it is the same UK based company which helped develop the double-downtube chassis used on the 650 Twins.

One of the major factors which make this bike such a beauty is its custom paint job. The company’s top minds from the design team have created a graphic to represent the flow of air over the bike. Breathtaking we say.

The riding triangle of the bike is quite extreme as it gets a custom saddle along with rear set foot pegs and custom clip-on handlebars. The aggressive riding position, however, is perfectly apt for this bike.

Several of the bike’s parts have been replaced by performance oriented aftermarket parts from Harris Performance and Ohlins among others. The fuel filler cap, as seen in the image above, is a custom quick action filler cap from Harris Performance. Same is the case with the brake levers and other such parts.

It rides on custom tires that have stickier rubber and helps shave off the important seconds from its lap times. The kerb weight of the bike is still 198 kg, which is the same as on the stock Continental GT 650.

Talking about the stock Continental GT 650, it employs a newly developed 647cc SOHC, parallel twin, air-oil cooled four stroke engine. This engine churns out a good 47 Bhp along with 52 Nm of torque. It comes mated to a 6 speed manual gearbox equipped with a slipper clutch. Braking duties are done by a 320 mm disc at the front and a 240 mm disc at the rear.

We are actually quite impressed with the Nought Tea GT custom motorcycle. Kudos to the whole development team from us and our readers.
