DC Design is one of the most popular and recognisable names in car customisation circle. Most of you might agree that although DC does a good job with interior customisation, exterior modification is not something that everyone would like. In the past we have seen several examples of DC modified cars and SUVs that do not look good. They are definitely attention grabbing but it is always for their wacky styling. Most of these vehicles are modified to such an extent that they do not resemble with the original vehicle at all. Here we have another modified car from DC but, for a change this has a design which many might feel appealing.
The video has been uploaded by DC2 Dilip Chhabria on their YouTube channel. The car seen in the video is called DC California and it started its life as BMW E64 6-Series, 2-door sports coupe. BMW 6-Series is a good looking car in its segment. The DC California as usual took things to the next level and for a change it does not looks bad. We can say without any doubt that this is one of the most beautiful looking cars ever built by DC Design. The car looks extremely sporty from every angle.

The BMW 6-Series has been completely transformed in this process. From a 2-door sports coupe, it has been transformed into a two-seater open top custom roadster. There are several character lines that define the sporty character of the DC California. The design is extremely aerodynamic and aggressive. There is an oval shaped front grille, air vents on side and a lower bumper lip to achieve the sporty look. The stock headlamps on the car have been replaced with new custom made units. These are sleek looking units which are placed just above the bumper. The headlamps are LED units.
The long bonnet has two bulges just before the dashboard. These bulges help in making the car more aerodynamic at high speeds. On either side of the bonnet are csutom made ORVMs. The car does not have a proper windshield and pillars for a clean look. The side profile of the car is also designed in a way to make it more aerodynamic. The large multi-spoke alloy wheels and two-door layout gives it a sporty character. The car gets McLaren P1 style doors which again add to the sporty look of the car. This is a 2-seater car and just behind the seats are two bulges or rolling structure which are part of the aerodynamic design.
The seats are wrapped walnut brown coloured leather and a long panel dividing the driver and passenger seat runs through the cabin. the rear design of the car is also entirely different. The design looks very sporty from the rear as well. The car gets a very sleek looking LED tail lamp which covers the rear completely. The sleek looking tail lamps go well with the overall look of the car. A set of centrally placed exhaust port is also seen at the rear along with sporty rear diffusers.
