Maruti Jimny is one of the most popular and affordable 4×4 SUVs currently available in India. The 5-door Jimny was launched in India a few months ago, and we even have a detailed review of it available on our website and YouTube channel. Ever since the delivery of the Jimny started in India, we have been seeing videos and images of modifications and aftermarket accessories that are available for the SUV. Bimbra 4×4, a Gurugram-based SUV modification garage, has come up with a modified version of the Jimny that would enhance the overall off-road experience.
The video has been uploaded by Bunny Punia on his YouTube channel. The video talks about all the changes that Bimbra 4×4 has made to the SUV. Starting with the front, the stock grille has been replaced with an aftermarket unit. This grille is available in black and body color. There is Suzuki branding on the grille as well. The headlamps remain stock. However, the original bumper has been replaced with an aftermarket unit. This is an off-road spec unit, and the original headlamp washer has been integrated into it. There is a metal skid plate with shackles. The projector fog lamps have been integrated into the bumper itself.

The bumper and the wheel arch cladding get Line-X coating to give the car a rugged look along with protection from scratches. Coming to the side profile, the SUV gets a lift kit installed on the car. This has increased the overall height of the car, and the suspension can be tuned as well. There are auxiliary lamps on the bonnet and roof of the car for better visibility at night. The stock wheels and tires have been replaced with aftermarket 15-inch off-road spec rims and AT tires.
There are custom-made rock sliders, and beadings run through the length of the car to add more character. At the rear, the spare wheel has also been replaced. The stock tail lamps have been replaced with aftermarket LED units. The rear bumper has been customized too, and it gets Line-X coating as well. There are roof racks and ladders installed, along with a roof-mounted spoiler that gives it a sporty look.
The interiors have also been customized. The car gets black interiors with red accents. The cushion on the seats has been increased for better comfort. The SUV has been designed in a way that it is suitable for both on and off the road. There are red accents on the AC vents, steering wheel, and seat covers. The floor gets mats and insulation, which has improved the cabin insulation and keeps road noise away. As this comes with a lift kit, the overall height of the Jimny has gone up, which has increased body roll. The car’s suspension can be adjusted as per the customer’s needs. The Jimny comes with a 1.5-liter naturally aspirated petrol engine. The Jimny also gets a wind booster throttle controller, which changes the throttle response of the SUV depending on the mode. The finished product does look robust and would definitely turn heads.
