Indian stockbroker firm Angel One, formerly known as Angel Broking Ltd, has a CEO named Dinesh Thakkar, who is one of the wealthiest businessmen in the country. Like many affluent Indian businessmen, Dinesh also has a taste for expensive cars. His most recent addition to his garage is a Lamborghini Sterrato. Dinesh Thakkar has shared images and videos of himself taking delivery of his brand new supercar. On his social media profile, Dinesh, along with his family, is seen unveiling the car. He has bought the Sterrato in an Olive Green shade, which enhances the rugged look of the car.
The Lamborghini Sterrato was launched in 2022, and deliveries began in the third quarter of 2023. The Sterrato is a special car, as Lamborghini will only be selling a limited number of units globally—1499 to be specific. Compared to the regular Lamborghini Huracan, the Sterrato has several upgrades.

These upgrades have been made to make the car off-road-ready. Lamborghini increased the front and rear track by 30mm and 34mm respectively. The ground clearance of this car has also been increased by 44mm, allowing for more suspension travel.
The car features an aluminum front underbody, reinforced sills, roof-mounted air intakes, two LED auxiliary lights on the front bumper, rugged fender flares, a revised diffuser, chunky side skirts, and more.
Lamborghini is also offering an updated vehicle dynamic pack or LDVI (Lamborghini Integrated Vehicle Dynamics), which brings the new Rally Mode to the supercar. The Strada and Sport Modes have also been recalibrated. The Sterrato comes with 19-inch alloy wheels with dual-purpose tires.

The Lamborghini Huracan Sterrato is powered by the same 5.2-liter naturally aspirated V10 petrol engine that generates 610 PS and 560 Nm of peak torque. The engine has been slightly retuned, generating less power and torque compared to the regular Huracan.
The 7-speed dual-clutch transmission sends power to all four wheels, and as this supercar is designed for off-roading, it gets a rear mechanical self-locking differential. Lamborghini says that the Sterrato can do 0-100 kmph in just 3.4 seconds and has a top speed of 260 kmph.
Dinesh Thakkar’s Garage
As mentioned above, Dinesh Thakkar is an auto enthusiast and has several expensive cars in his garage. Earlier this year, Dinesh took delivery of his brand new BMW i7 luxury sedan worth Rs 2 crore.
Other than this, he owns a Porsche Taycan Turbo S. It was, in fact, India’s first Taycan Turbo S electric sedan. He bought the car in Mamba Green shade. The Turbo S variant of the Taycan generates 761 PS and 1050 Nm of peak torque and costs Rs 2.43 crore.
He also owns a Mercedes-Benz EQE luxury electric SUV, a Ferrari 488 Pista, a Mercedes-Benz AMG GTR Black Series. Only 2 units of the Black Series are currently sold in India. One of them is with Boopesh Reddy, while the other one is owned by Dinesh Thakkar in Magma Beam Orange shade. He also owns a Lamborghini Huracan Performante, a Lamborghini Urus, a Porsche 911 GT3 RS, a Porsche 992 911 GT3 Touring, and previous generations of the Mercedes G63 AMG.
