It is a well-known fact the prices of imported cars in India make them out of the reach of the majority of the population. However, there are many customisation garages who work on replica models of the vehicles to create an equally good looking product at a much lower price. While the replica product is not as good as the original or gets the extreme power, it sure captures the imagination of the people. Here is an extremely rare Lamborghini Centenario replica, which has been excellently made by Two Cousins in Jaipur. It customised garage is owned and operated by Mr Vidhur and Mr Pratik, who have already started working on their next project. Here are all the details of the Lamborghini Centenario.

Lamborghini Centenario replica

The Lamborghini Centenario was introduced in 2016 and is an extremely rare car. It was launched in a limited number to commemorate the 100th birthday of the Lamborghini’s founder – Ferruccio Lamborghini. Only 40 units of the Centenario were made in India – out of which 20 were coupes and 20 were roadsters. The mid-engine, all-wheel-drive car was sold out the moment it was announced. It was the first Lamborghini to get rear-wheel steering system.

Well, the replica model is based on the last-generation Honda Civic, which is a front-wheel-drive sedan. It took more than a year to complete the transformation job but the detailing on the vehicle is close to perfection. It gets customised body panels and parts like the headlamps and tail lamps are heavily inspired by the original model too. It gets completely customised body panels mounted on the Honda Civic chassis. Even the door design gets the same replica scissor operation.

Other intriguing details about the replica job are the interiors. It gets two custom bucket seats with leather covers and carbon fibre finish which match the exterior paint job and gets a fully customised dashboard. The central panel gets carbon-fibre inserts and there is also a tablet that has been positioned in the middle of the console. The vehicle gets 18-inch wheels are fitted with the help of spacers. This has been done because of the aftermarket body panels that were made in the exact same size as the original vehicle. Since the Lamborghini Centenario is much wider than the Honda Civic, spacers had to be installed to put the tyres in the proper place.

However, keeping in mind the Indian road conditions, the ground clearance has not been changed. It gets the same engine and transmission of the Civic too. The transformation job is quite interesting, especially the interior. They have installed a button, which controls the gear selection, just like the high-end vehicles.  As seen in the videos above, the car is already attracting a lot of people on the roads.
